Returns

 

We offer a Lifetime Guarantee on all products purchased from our store. If your product has an issue, simply email us at support@zekpro.com and one of our customer care staff will do his/her best to make things right. At ZekPro, we do not rest till all our customers are fully satisfied.

For return eligibility, your product should be in the exact same condition you got it in. Additionally, it should be in its original packaging. If there is any issue, email support and talk to one of our professional customer care agents.

We do need receipts or any other document to prove purchase in order to conclude your return. If you lost your receipt, you can download a copy from your account by going to the orders section.

Refunds (if they’re applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you a notification to let you know that we received the item. We’ll also let you know whether the item was accepted or rejected after inspection. If accepted, then we’ll go right ahead and process a refund, then automatically a credit is applied to the credit card (CC) or whatever other payment methods we have on file. This is done with a specific number of days.

Missing or Late Refunds (if they’re applicable)

If you have not received any refund yet, make sure to check with your account. It might be necessary to talk to your CC provider since refunds might take a while before they’re officially deposited. If after contacting your bank there seems to be a problem, simply get in touch with us at support@zekpro.com

Exchanges (if they’re applicable)

We only do replace products that are damaged or defective. If there’s need for exchanging an item you received for another same one, emails us at support@zekpro.com, then ship the item to our address below:

You’ll have to foot the costs of shipping and returning the item Please note that any shipping cost is non-refundable. If we process a return, also note that the return shipping cost is deducted from this refund. The time it takes for your exchange product to get to you varies based on your shipping location.

Consider using trackable shipping services or purchasing insurance for any items worth over $75. We do not guarantee that we’ll receive the returned item.
